Application:
The silicon headlights module can be apply in automobile lights, motorcycle lights, truck lights, truck lights and train lights with strong commonality. We apply for two invention patents and two utility models for the module. The silicone meniscus lens are made of highly transparent silicone materials.

Our precision silicone liquid cold runner mold technical is same level of advance technical in Europe, that design concept of open cold runner. This technical through high temperature +240℃, low temperature-40℃ and hot and cold cycle system, to keep the silicon lenses highly transparent and without yellowed and cracked, so they are more suitable for use in the headlights of various automobile models.
